Energize your body and calm you mind in this balanced cardio jumping
and yoga experience. Start with low-impact cardio on the trampoline and
then move into yoga poses.  Modifications will be demonstrated, so you can easily create your own practice. This class is accessible to students of all levels.

Nia is a holistic, non-impact, cardio-dance workout that combines 52 simple moves designed to get you fit in 60 minutes. Best of all, Nia is a flexible practice for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit. This class will get your heart pumping and deliver 25 minutes of fun LOW - IMPACT cardio on the trampoline. In the second half we’ll take you through an entire body stretch improving muscle flexibility and increasing range of motion. Foam rolling too!

All levels welcome! Trampoline jumping can be tailored to beginners as well as advanced level.  Molly will help you find the right intensity and form.  It's low impact, easy on the joints, and an incredibly fun workout!

Let your Barre practice soar off the mat and get your heart rate pumping even more as we step it up to the rebounder! FlyBarre is an hour long Rebounder fitness class interspersed with intervals of tightening and toning Barre exercises! We'll rotate through completely low impact cardio/bounce exercises on the trampoline, barre exercises to tone the hips, glutes, obliques, low back and thighs, and mat/pilates exercises to tone the arms and core, all wrapped up with a yummy stretch.

All Levels A slower class that uses the basic postures of vinyasa flow to focus on breath work and alignment. In slow flow you can expect to hold postures longer for a slow burn as well as graceful transitions between postures. This class is a good transition class between basics and vinyasa flow. Slow Flow yoga provides a relaxing environment where you can drop the stress of everyday life.
