-When can I start?

You can start whenever you like.  Just ask for a agreement form and make sure you have a valid credit card on file


-How do I get started

Go to Your Account

Login to your Mindbody Account

If you have never logged in then send us an email and we'll send you a password.

Click on Online payments

Then under that click on Memberships

Then you should get a drop down menu with the membership options.

-What if I go on vacation or need to take a long break?

If you are going on a vacation that is long enough that you are worried you might now      be able to make up the sessions on the next month then we can pause the membership.  This time will be added on to the end of the contract.  So if you went on a 7 day vacation.  7 days would be added on to the end of your contract before you were charged again.


-How long is the agreement?

The agreement is 3 months.  After 3 months you will be month to month.  At that point all you need to do is send an email to 10 days before your next automatic payment to cancel.

-How will I know how many sessions I have left?

You can log into your account. Go to My Info.  Then click on Account.  In Account you'll see Pricing Options.  This will show what is available for use.

-What if I don't want to do the Membership recurring payments?

You can always just purchase the packages that are available as well.


-Can I share classes with a family member or friend?

Yes you can share classes with family members.  We can create a link between your accounts and you can pull classes from the same account.
