We specialize in smaller class sizes.  We believe form and personal attention are important not only for safety but also so that you have an effective workout.  So space is limited please sign up online.

Using choreographed steps to Latin-American and International Music, ZUMBA® Fitness is a total workout combining all elements of fitness (cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility) in a dance party atmosphere! Some call it "exercise in disguise" because of the way it mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party, which leaves you with boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Easy to do and lots of fun, it's pretty much your most pleasurable workout ever!

Rebound -N- Flow



Energize your body and calm you mind in this balanced cardio jumping
and yoga experience. Start with low-impact high intensity cardio on the trampoline and
then move into a yoga inspired flow.  Modifications will be demonstrated, so you can easily create your own practice. This class is accessible to students of all levels.

In this class we will work on alignment and stability with a focus on standing postures, the foundational postures of our yoga practice. Strong standing work is necessary to prepare us for our other postures and we will work from the ground up to develop a strong, alert, open yoga body.

This group fitness class is geared toward adults 50+. Classes will use a variety of equipment including medicine balls, stability balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, dumbbells and more to help you build functional strength, agility, balance, and boost your metabolism! All while having a blast in a comfortable environment.  Class sizes are small to help you with form and gettin the most out of your time.  This class is for men and women of all fitness levels and abilities.

Jump Super Stretch

This class will get your heart pumping and deliver 25 minutes of fun LOW - IMPACT cardio on the trampoline. In the second half we’ll take you through an entire body stretch improving muscle flexibility and increasing range of motion. Foam rolling too!

All levels welcome! Trampoline jumping can be tailored to beginners as well as advanced level.  Molly will help you find the right intensity and form.  It's low impact, easy on the joints, and an incredibly fun workout!

Nia Dance Cardio

Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays

Based on body-friendly movements, Nia is designed to improve your flexibility, agility, mobility, and strength.  It is kind to your joints, endlessly adaptable to individual needs, and a powerful "stress buster" at all levels of fitness.  Similar to Zumba, it delivers a full-body, joyful aerobic workout that emphasizes fun, freedom and community.  The music is beautiful and varied, inspiring both fast-paced movement and mindfulness.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Hoop Dance Level 1:

Every Tuesday from 6:30-8:00.

Learn the foundational skills needed for the beautiful art of modern hoop dance — while toning your body and having fun! We will focus on core movements to control the hoop on all parts of the body and learn basic techniques to dance with the hoop. Students will gradually develop their own unique style over time. No experience necessary! *Hoops are provided for you and will also be available to purchase in class.

Hoop Dance Level 2:

Every Thursday from 6:30-8:00.

This class is for students who are looking for more challenging sequences to add flair to their hoop dance practice. Building upon the skills learned in Level 1, students should consider joining this class after they’ve mastered core hooping and foundational movements with the hoop.

*Hoops are provided for you and will also be available to purchase in class.


Kadesha Baker

Zumba with Kadesha

Zumba is a dance workout that feels like a party. Everybody at any fitness and dance level is welcome.  The workout is designed by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!  You get a total workout that combine cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy.  Playlist includes traditional Zumba (Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and Merengue) paired with the music you listen to in your car everyday.
