Online Training

Train safely in your own home.  Your trainer will help you use whatever equipment you have available to create a program that will help you reach your goals.  It's so easy.  Just click the link in your email and your trainer will guide you through your workouts.  Keeping you accountable, checking form, and making the hour fun!  Trainers will also recommend the activity you do outside of sessions. 

 

Do you need equipment to train at home?

Our trainers can help you with bodyweight exercises or even deliver equipment to your house to borrow.  So no, you don't have to have equipment.

Can I do just 1-2 sessions?

Absolutely!  This is a great idea to help identify your goals, create a plan that is do-able and effective. To help you get form down on common exercises.  One or 2 sessions can help you discover modifications to stay safe.  It can help you get the ball rolling!  

What is Semi-Private Training?

Training with another person; a friend, neighbor, spouse.  These are all great options for training with a partner.  You can be in the same household or far away if it's online.

Outdoor Training

Get outside and train safely with your trainer in a park or outdoor setting of your choice!  We know that it is more safe to be outdoors right now.  The fresh air and open space makes for the perfect place to get an amazing workout in!

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather does not permit an outdoor session than the trainer will offer an online session.   If this is not preferred than the session will be rescheduled if possible or cancelled if necessary.   No charges will incur for inclement weather.

Will we use equipment?

Our trainers will bring clean sanitized equipment for your workout.  You will need to bring your mat and water.
