Green Goddess Dressing/Dip

Looking for something different to mix up your salads?

Or maybe a dip to bring to a party that's fun and healthy?

This was huge hit at my last family gathering and I am loving it on my salads!

I use Avocado Mayo from Costco. If you haven't tried this yet then you got to pick some up. It's really good and in my opinion a better option for mayo. I honestly don't use it much but for a dip like this or in a tuna salad it's a must!

Oh and I almost forgot. This recipe is based on one from No crumbs left behind. I just mixed things up just a little bit.

3 oil-packed anchovy filets

2 garlic cloves, chopped fine

3/4 Cup Whole30 mayo

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt

2 handfuls basil leaves

¼ cup parsley

3 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 pinches salt

Blend everything in a powerful blender and refrigerate.

Best if made the day before.

Have you seen these peppers? They are called Aloha Peppers. Beautiful! Tasted just like an orange pepper.
