Breakfast Protein Oats


This Breakfast or snack will satiate you and provide you with plenty of protein to preserve your muscle! It takes just seconds to get ready and you can mix and match so you never get bored.

Soak the ingredients overnight and in the morning you’ll have a marvelous breakfast pudding. You could warm it up but I usually just top with fruit and eat it cold!

1 TBS chia seeds

1/4 cup Oats

1-1/2 scoop cup whey protein powder (I like Biochem Vanilla)

Cinnamon

Pour 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or other milk) over it

Then Add fruit in the morning or frozen blueberries the night before.

Blueberry

Raspberry

Strawberry

Banana

Pear

Mango

Sprinkle of Ginger
