Quick Home Workout (1 set of dumbbells)


If I was creating a home gym and could only afford one set of weights, I'd probably choose 15 lbs. This is a great workout consisting of 5 exercises using only 15s. You could use any weight that feels good for you. Try it out. Let me know what you think in the comments!

Do 2-4 sets of around 15-20 reps of this workout for an awesome whole body workout!
