If you are like me then weekends are for:

Eating Out

Sleeping in (for me it's only till 5 or 5:30 but oh it's heaven)

Fun movement: walks, bike rides, swimming

Planning and Prepping for the rest of the week

Social events

I often get into a dangerous mindset that I can splurge on meal choices and treats. That splurging can sometimes turn into Friday, Saturday, and Sunday if I'm not careful.

Remember that every good choice adds up just like every not so good choice.

So let's not let the weekend sabotage our great week!
