4 Comfort Foods Re-Mixed

It's February, it's cold, and we are craving warm, starchy, cheesy, satisfying meals right?

Well they don't have to be unhealthy.  Here are 4 Recipes that will satisfy that need without feeling any guilt.



-Buy quality meat.  It's worth it.  Grass-fed beef, it has more healthy fats and nutrients than beef from cows that have been fed grain and corn.  

-Use a little of the pasta, a little of the potatoes, and then add a ton of veggies to fill your plate.  This is the trick.  You won't feel deprived but you'll get that mouth feel of pasta and potatoes.
