1 Kettlebell 4 Moves

I love to choose one piece of equipment and try to do a whole workout with it.  This quick fun workout only requires 1 kettlebell. Choose one that will challenge you for all the exercises. I chose a 35lb one for today's workout. Go through the circuit 4 times. Do as many reps as you can.  

 

Kettlebell Swings

Kettlebell Rows

Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlifts

Kettlebell squats with Bicep Curls
