These hit the spot if you are looking for a sweet treat that is not too unhealthy. They were great for a snack or a breakfast. I heard about the the recipe from a client who got the recipe from Skinny Taste.com. We added the whey protein powder for an extra protein boost.
They would also be good with raisins or nuts instead of chocolate chips.
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1 Serving/Scoop protein powder
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips or Raisins
Preheat Oven to 350
Mix together the banana, oats, and protein powder, then add in the chocolate chips.
Spoon dollops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
